The Game Grid, we know that good gamers like to put their skills
on display for all to see, and we like to encourage that sort
of thing. So, we run tournaments EVERY SATURDAY in which you can win prizes, LAN hours or cash! This page is where you'll see details of some past events.

Big Buck Safari Online Monthly Tournaments
|

Every month between the 1st and the 21st you can come in and play our online enabled Big Buck Safari game in the tournament mode. You pay a few more tokens to play but if you create a valid account (using your real name and birthdate, you need to be at least 18 to win) you have the chance to win cash! Recently, they have given away anywhere between $20-$500 for the top 50 placers!
In August, Play Mechanix is going to host a big national tournament for the game where you could win up to $10,000! No joke! All you have to do is come in, make an account and play! If you become good at the game, it is very much worth it! |

On our first competition we held a competition on our PCs for Call of Duty 4. It was a success and the winner, dokken, won 15 hours on the LAN. Congrats!
We've had many tournaments since then on the PCs and the arcades so check in every Saturday to see what we're up to!
